I’m a qualified Career Coach (CDAA) with a background in recruitment — so I know what the market is looking for. But more than that, I’m also a Defence partner and mum of two boys, so I understand the reality of career gaps, relocations, and juggling family life. My coaching isn’t about throwing you into a workshop with 50 strangers, each with completely different stories. It’s personal, one-on-one, and completely tailored to you.
